Who can use the portal?

Most parents & carers with parental responsibility for an Outwood student can use the portal, as can most foster parents. Please contact your child’s school with any queries about access.

Outwood students in years 7–13 can also use the portal themselves.

Please check your spam/junk mail folder in the first instance.

We only send magic links to email addresses on file with the school. If no magic link messages arrive, please contact the school to ensure we hold up-to-date details.

Why don’t I see all of my children in the portal?

For parents/carers with more than one child attending an Outwood school, the portal will ask which child’s information to show.

If you do not see this option, or it does not include all of your children, the school may have a different contact email on file for the other child(ren). Please get in touch with the school to see if your details need updating.

How long do I stay signed in?

You will stay signed in for seven days unless you sign out first.

We use cookies to keep you signed in. In some circumstances, your web browser may delete the cookies as soon as you leave the portal website. This will sign you out and is out of our control.

What devices are compatible?

The portal can be used on most computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.

We recommend keeping your device’s web browser and operating system up-to-date for the best experience.

What if I change my email address?

Please get in touch with your child’s school to update your contact information. Once your details are updated in the school’s records, you will typically be able to sign in using your new email address the following day.
